About Us
We are a family run business that was started to solve problems that we’d been facing on a regular basis. How to get small runs of embroidered or printed garments done in a quick and cost effective way. We’d found that big orders were no problem, but smaller runs were sidelined by suppliers and it meant that we were at risk of letting our customers down. So we bought our first print machine, then an embroidery machine, then as the business grew a lot more machines! As we got busier we learned new skills and now offer a one stop shop for workwear, teamwear and promotional merchandise. No job too big, and no job too small!
Embroidery
Embroidery is a great process where a design is sewn onto a garment using a computerised embroidery machine. We use industrial embroidery machines to achieve a high quality, long lasting finish. Our machines use up to 15 different coloured embroidery threads, great for intricate designs and bold finishes.
Screen Printing
Screen printing is widely used because it produces vivid colours, even on darker fabrics. The ink or paint lies in layers on the surface of the fabric or paper, which gives the print a pleasingly tactile quality. It's a favourite with printers because it allows them to easily reproduce a design multiple times in multiple garments. This makes screen printing a very efficient technique for creating large batches of custom clothing for sports teams or work uniforms.

Vinyl Transfer
This is a quick way to produce designs on to garments using a type of vinyl which is later heat sealed onto the garment using a commercial heat press. Great for bold designs that are needed in smaller quantities, and also the simplest way to add numbers or players names to sportswear. The vinyl comes in a large range of colours and in some eye catching finishes such as glitter, flock or metallic.
Dye Sublimation Printing
Dye-sublimation works by penetrating the surface of the product with ink. Man-made materials such as nylon, certain ceramics, plastic, and polyester fabrics contain polymers that when heated, enable the bonding of ink. This method of printing yields beautiful and permanent colours that are embedded in the substrate or fabric rather than printed on the surface. Images on fabric won’t fade or crack even after multiple washings. Images on hard substrates will not chip, peel or scratch. We use this process to print mugs, T shirts, cushions, keyrings and a range of other products.

And of course if you have your own garments you can bring them to us and we’ll brand them to your specification. No job is too small or too big.
